A special soft & light potato gnocchi for those who have a gluten or wheat intolerance.
NB: This gnocchi is produced in the same factory that also processes wheat & gluten products.

Cook from frozen. Drop into boiling salted water, stir, then lift them out once they float to the surface
Dress with sauce and serve immediately; or coat lightly with oil or butter to hold for up to 2 hours.
